HAMZULLS LIMITED maintains a confidentiality policy for the data provided by users through: the internet, paper forms, telephone communication or any other means; HAMZULLS LIMITED is committed to protecting them, both in collection and in subsequent processing, in accordance with what is established by Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), by its implementing regulations, approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21 (RLOPD), as well as by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).

HAMZULLS LIMITED guarantees that it will use the personal data of users confidentially, as well as that appropriate technical and organizational security measures have been adopted in its facilities, systems and files, in accordance with the terms established by the LOPD, RLOPD and GDPR.

HAMZULLS LIMITED may communicate personal data to the competent public authorities as well as any other information contained in its archives and/or computer systems, when required to do so and always in compliance with the corresponding legal and regulatory provisions.

In compliance with what is established by the LOPD, RLOPD and GDPR, whenever personal data is requested from a website user to be processed, prior to processing they will be provided with the following information: identity and contact details of the data controller, contact details of the Data Protection Officer, the purpose for which the data is obtained, time limits or criteria for data retention, automated decisions, profiles and logic applied, legitimation or legal basis for processing.
